Yes, you can suspend or close your Evertonfc account on your own. There are two options:

Temporary Suspension (Cooling-Off or Self-Exclusion):

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to "Settings" → "Responsible Gaming" tab.
3. Select the "Self-Exclusion" or "Suspend Account" option.
4. Set the duration: 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanently.
5. Confirm – you'll receive an OTP on your mobile. Enter it to activate.

To close permanently: Email support directly at support@evertonfc.bet to close your account. It will be deactivated within 24 hours. Make sure to withdraw any remaining funds beforehand.

Evertonfc's Live Casino lets you play with real dealers in real time – just like sitting at an actual table. Getting started takes just a few steps:

Resetting your password on Evertonfc is straightforward. The whole process takes just 3–5 minutes:

1. On the login page Go to the login page and click the "Forgot Password?" link.
2. Enter your registered mobile number (the one used to create your account).
3. To that number 6-digit OTP on its way. OTPs are valid for 10 minutes.
4. Set a new password using the OTP. Your password must be at least 8 characters and include a mix of numbers and symbols.
5. Confirm – you'll be able to log in with your new password immediately.

If you don't receive your mobile OTP: check your spam folder, or click "Resend" after 2 minutes. If it still doesn't arrive, contact us at support@evertonfc.bet.

The most common cause of an account lockout is consecutive 5 incorrect password attempts entered. In this case, the account is temporarily locked for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, try logging in again with the correct password.

If the issue persists:

1. First, try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page.
2. If your account has been suspended due to security concerns (suspicious activity), please contact Evertonfc support directly.
3. When reaching out to support, have your registered mobile number and name ready. You may also be asked to provide your national ID details for identity verification.

When two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled on Evertonfc, every login requires a one-time OTP sent to your mobile in addition to your password. This means even if someone knows your password, they still can't access your account.

Steps to enable:

1. Log in to your account and go to "Settings" → "Security" tab.
2. Click on the "Two-Step Verification (2FA)" option.
3. Verify your mobile number – you'll receive an OTP.
4. Enter the OTP and click "Activate".
5. You'll be given a backup code – store it somewhere safe.

Once enabled, every new device login will require an OTP. Checking "Remember this device" skips OTP on that device for the next 30 days.

Evertonfc's interface currently Bangla & English – available in two languages. There are two ways to change the language:

Without logging in (from any page):

1. Look for the language icon (🌐) in the top-right corner of the page.
2. Clicking it will show the "বাংলা" or "English" option.
3. Selecting your preferred language will instantly switch the entire site.

While logged in (to save permanently):

1. Go to "Settings" → "Profile Preferences" tab.
2. Select your preferred language from the "Language" dropdown.
3. Click "Save" and your language preference will be remembered for future logins.
